Delete your ROMIO account

You can permanently delete your ROMIO account and its data at any time. This page explains how, as required by Google Play.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

  1. Open ROMIO (Android app or romio.web.app) and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your ROMIO account and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your posts and comments, chat messages you own, files you uploaded, workspaces you own, calendar events, reminders, notification tokens, and your login. This cannot be undone.

What may remain

Content you shared into another person's conversation or a workspace owned by someone else may stay visible to them. Routine backups and logs may persist for a short period before being overwritten.
